The Anderson Door & Glass Co., located on Highway 24, was transformed into the new Chapman Design Group office. The interior was brought down to the studs and a new, larger office was created by using the existing office space and taking in some of the warehouse space. The design of the office centers around the Conference Room with hallways on either side of it connecting to the Lobby. Don’s office is immediately to the left, and Amy’s office is immediately to the right with restrooms and the kitchen located behind her office at the end of the hallway. There is a room on the back right for future expansion, and on the back left and center is the open plan design studio containing desks, a design table in the center, bookcases with vendor products and samples, printers, office supplies, filing stations, and additional storage. Throughout the office are a variety of finishes, materials, and furnishings to display some of Chapman Design Group’s capabilities. Artwork from local artists are displayed throughout the office, and the conference room contains display boards of Chapman Design Group’s projects. The back of the building contains the existing warehouse.
