This brick traditional home was completed in 1997 and contains around 4600 square feet. You are welcomed at the front door with a 10’ deep porch with wide wood floors, and enter the home with a traditional foyer and curved staircase. The layout of the floor plan consists of a well defined living spaces and a Master suite that is separate from the main activity areas. The homeowner was also interested in creating an informal foyer in the back of the house for family and friends. For the man of the house, a masculine study with wood paneling opens out onto a well landscaped, brick lined courtyard, creating it’s own “outdoor room”. The kitchen was designed with both aesthetics and function in mind. The main work-space is separated from the rest of the kitchen by an island, and a granite counter-top in the butler area ties together the kitchen and dining room.
